GSR Technical Sales Terms of Sale & Privacy Policy

Prices
All prices shown on this site are in U.S. currency and are subject to change without notice. Please contact us for pricing on items that do not have prices published or in situations which require a firm price. If requested, prices will be quoted in Canadian currency. No other currencies will be quoted or accepted as payment.

Prior Sale
All used or surplus items are offered "subject to prior sale". A reasonable effort is made to remove items when sold but there may be a time lag. Please contact us to confirm the availability of an item.

Payment
Payment in full is required prior to shipment.

Delivery
Shipment can normally be made 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment. On occasion a longer period may be required to complete refurbishment of an item. If this occurs the buyer will be kept fully informed.

Minimum Order
A minimum order of $75.00 is required.

Warranty
Used and surplus items are warranted for a period of 90 days from date of sale. This warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price; at the discretion of GSR Technical Sales.

New items are covered by the manufacturers warranty

Returns
Items returned will be subject to 25% restocking charge. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from date of delivery.

Refunds
Refunds will be made in the same form as payment. If payment was made by Visa or Master Card the refund will be in a form of a credit to the card.

Exceptions
In the normal course of business exceptions to these terms may occasionally be required. Any exceptions must be agreed to by both parties at the time of sale and will be noted on the quotation and/or invoice.

Privacy Policy This website does not collect personal data. In addition, we do not accept credit cards on line and credit card information is never stored on computer.
